To place an order, please complete all required sections of the questionnaire so that we can adequately respond to your request.
If this is your first time filling out one of our forms, please select " No " to the question "Have you ever ordered from Atelier Sucré before?". This will allow us to gather the necessary information to contact you later.
A response to your submission will be sent to you as soon as possible.
A minimum of one week's notice is required to place an order, but you can always submit a last-minute request. If additional purchases are needed for an urgent order, an extra fee of $10 to $20 will apply, depending on the complexity of the order.
A 50% deposit (including delivery charges, if applicable) is required to secure your order, payable via Interac e-Transfer to our email address. Without a deposit, your order cannot be confirmed. The estimate is valid for one week ; beyond this period, the estimated amount may be changed without notice.
